Apply to Graduate for Spring 2015

If you’re a graduate student planning to apply to graduate this spring, it’s time to submit an Online Application for Graduation.

Students will be able to submit an application through Oct. 15. They will still be able to apply through Oct. 31, but students will incur a $50 late application fee if it is submitted after Oct. 15.

Follow these instructions to apply:

  • Login to OSCAR.
  • Select Student Services and Financial Aid.
  • Select Student Records.
  • Select Apply to Graduate.
  • APPLY TO GRADUATE FIRST QUESTION: The first screen will prompt you to select a term. Select the current term, NOT the term in which you’d like to graduate. The term you are planning to graduate will be selected later on in the process.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: The program you are applying for must be officially declared.

The second screen of the OAG will ask you to select your program on record. If the program on record is incorrect in any way, STOP immediately and contact dc@lists.gatech.edu. Your program should include your degree, major, any concentrations and undergraduate minors, but will not include certificates, co-op, International Plan, Research Option, or doctoral minors.

To check your Graduation Application, follow these instructions:

  • Login to OSCAR. 
  • Select "Student Services and Financial Aid."
  • Select "Student Records."
  • Select "View Application to Graduate"
