Poetry at Tech Presents: McEver Poetry Reading

Poetry@Tech’s 2017/18 season of readings features a spectacular line-up of 12 poets including a U.S. Poet Laureate and two Pulitzer Prize winners. Visit  https://poetry.gatech.edu/events to see the full season and parking information.  All readings are open to the public with no tickets or reservations required.

This February 22 reading will feature former Georgia Poet Laureate, David Bottoms, three-time Pushcart Prize winner, Tarfia Faizulla, and a 1994 National Poetry Series award winner Stuart Dischell.

Bruce McEver graduated from Georgia Tech in 1966 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He endowed the McEver Chair so that all Tech students can experience the broader aspects of liberal arts, including poetry, literature, and travel.
